Cancellation Process: We don't issue refunds, but we do make it easy to cancel at any time. Your credit card will be charged monthly, but if you cancel your membership, you will not have any additional charges on your card. Should you have any problems with the cancellation process, don't panic. We're nice people and we're here to help you. Simply reach out to Team@SmartWeightLossCoaching and let us know that you need some support, and we'll walk you through the cancellation process on your dashboard (go to settings to find the cancellation process). Your request to cancel is time stamped by your email, so no further charges will be processed after you reach out to tell us that you want to cancel. To make the process smooth, please initiate cancellation requests at least 24 hours before your next monthly payment.
